At New Miu fashion and lifestyle, we want you to look and feel your best. If your purchase isn't 100% right, we have a "no-panga" return and exchange policy to keep your wardrobe happy.

1. The 7-Day Easy Rule

Actually, life moves fast, and so does fashion. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, our system automatically locks the order, and we won't be able to help you out—so don't wait too long to try on your new fit!

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: We can tell if it's been worn to a party!
  • Original Tags: The New Miu tags must still be attached.
  • Original Packaging: Try to send it back in the bag it came in.

3. The Exchange Process

Ordered an 'M' but need an 'L'? Actually, it happens to the best of us. WhatsApp us at +91 74395 48468 with your order ID. We will arrange a reverse pickup. Once the original piece reaches our Kolkata hub and passes QC, we’ll dispatch your new size.

4. Refund Details

If you don't want an exchange, we can process a refund:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund goes back to your original payment method (bank/card/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
  • COD Orders: We will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the amount, or we can give you store credit instantly.

5. Items We Can't Take Back

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and Bodysuits.
  • Pierced Jewelry.
  • Items bought during "Final Clearance" or "Warehouse Sale" events.
