Our home turf! Orders within Kolkata and nearby areas are dispatched from Rajarhat ekdum fast.

Fast tracking to Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Rest of India

5-7 Days
We ship to the farthest corners. No town is too small for a New Miu upgrade.

1. Shipping Costs

We keep it simple. Prepaid is king! We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders above a certain limit. For Cash on Delivery (COD), we charge a small service fee. This fee goes directly to the courier partner for the extra work of handling cash and isn't a profit for us.

2. Order Tracking

Actually, we hate "where is my order" anxiety too. Once your package is scanned at our City Centre 2 hub, you'll get an SMS/Email with a tracking link. You can track your New Miu fashion and lifestyle journey in real-time.

3. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners usually try to deliver 3 times. If you aren't home, they will call you. If you miss all attempts, the parcel comes back to our Kolkata warehouse. To ship it again, we might have to charge for shipping—so please pick up that call!

4. Damaged Packaging

If the courier guy brings you a box that looks like it's been squashed or tampered with, refuse to take it! Just tell them to return it to the sender. Drop us a WhatsApp at +91 74395 48468 and we’ll send you a fresh piece.
