This website (newmiu.com) is operated by New Miu. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to New Miu. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and New Miu fashion and lifestyle services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of everything stated here.

2. Eligibility & Account

To shop with us, you should be at least 18 years old or browsing under the supervision of a guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store in City Centre 2 or online.

3. Orders & Pricing

Actually, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This might happen if we suspect fraud or if there’s a pricing error. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you via the email or phone number you provided during the "Contact New Miu" process.

  • ✔ Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • ✔ Tax: All prices are inclusive of GST as per Indian law.

4. New Miu Fashion & Lifestyle Products

We’ve made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & "Paisa Vasool" Delivery

We aim to get your fashion gear to you as fast as the Kolkata traffic allows! We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will fight for you to get your parcel on time. Risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the item to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. You can return most items within 7 days.
Note: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. Discounted items sold during "Flash Sales" might have different rules—check the specific sale page for that!

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—the logo, the photos, the text—belongs to New Miu. Please don't copy our "vibe" or our content for commercial use without asking us first. That's just not cool.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall New Miu, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products. We provide fashion; how you rock it is up to you!
